It’s weekend! How you guys spend your weekend? Thanks Foodnews for the invitation, I had a great brunch tasting session today with a group of cheerful bloggers at The Halia restaurant at Raffles Hotel.

The Halia is a kind of modern European restaurant with elegant interior, serving casual cuisine and signature dishes such as Singapore-style chilli crab spaghetti, oriental pulled duck, Javanese spice rack of lamb and drink like Singapore Sling.

Food Menu at The Halia Restaurant

Here was some of the food we had tried during our brunch tasting session today. I personal feel that the foods were well-prepared and delicious. I like the Grilled breakfast with poached style eggs which include – Italian pork sausage, sweetened bacon, Portobello mushroom, vine tomato and toasted sourdough. It was very fulfilling and I would recommend for breakfast meal.

Hence, you also must try their strawberry pancake and their savory dessert such as sticky chocolate brownie. Thus, the price range of an ‘a la carte’ meal at The Halia Restaurant at Raffles Hotel cost from $16 - $50++. It’s recommended!
